1 Constitution of the Evaluation Committee
An Evaluation Committee is to be constituted and appointed in accordance with Section 15.2 Initial Preparations of the 2011 FIDIC Procurement Procedures Guide.
The Evaluation Committee;
is to be appointed before the opening of the tenders. |
is to include up to no more than six experienced persons.. |
has a Chairman who notifies the members of duties, responsibilities and the confidentiality matters |
is to be appointed early to be more efficient. |
may have several assistants co-opted for providing support regarding detailed issues. |
2 Reception of the Tenders
Section 15.3 Receipt of Proposals/Tenders of the 2011 FIDIC Procurement Procedures Guide defines and describes the process regarding the Receipt of the Tenders.
The Tender envelopes and packages;
if delivered by hand, a slip containing the date and time of the delivery is to be given to the bearer. |

3 Opening of the Tenders
